NON PACKAGE RATES/ "JUST EDITING" RATES
$200/hour (for photoshoot done outside of package)
$25/ image (non-grouped images)
$150- rushed 24 hour turnaround time (on any package or non packaged shoot)
GROUPED IMAGES (If your number of images chosen is outside the number within the package. This will also apply to large quantities of images needing to be edited at once).
For those who choose more images than the package contains- this cost will be an extra cost per the amount of images.

FAQ's
What should I expect with this photoshoot session?
You should expect to feel comfortable at all times. Always expect to have an energetic and creative atmosphere. You are in charge of this session and we will make sure everything you wish comes to pass.
Should I do Hair and makeup before the session?
Yes! Unless you have specifically chosen one (or several) of our add on's, you will need to come hair, makeup and wardrobe ready upon arrival so that we can make the most of your session.
How long is the turnaround time for editing photos?
For photos that are below 40 images you should expect them within a week.
For 50 or more images you should expect them within two weeks.
What happens if it rains and we have an outdoor location shoot?
Do not worry! If the reason our session gets rescheduled due to inclement weather you will not be charged at all and will be rescheduled to a date that works. ( Offer is good for one year)
Is it okay to bring someone with me?
Absolutely and we encourage every person to bring someone with them whether it is to help them on set or just stand by and chaperone. We never EVER want our clients to feel like they aren't comfortable at any time.
What if our time runs over?
That's okay- we are all humans and sometimes we get distracted. As soon as we don't run over 30 minutes you will not be charged.If we do run over the 30 minute mark there is a $100/ hour fee that will get added to your invoice.
What happens if I cannot make it the day of the shoot?
We understand. We prefer a 24 hour notice however if the emergency arises on the way to the session, please contact our creative director to reschedule. You must reach out within one week of your prior scheduled photoshoot date. If this is not done, your security deposit will be forfeited.
What should I wear?
We will discuss which outfit(s) to bring prior to your shoot date. We will make sure that each outfit looks amazing on you and that each outfit compliments the theme or idea that you are going for.
Is there a confirmation email that will be sent out upon booking the session to remind me everything we talked about?
Yes! We will have a free consultation to discuss everything that you have in mind and then after the consultation is over, Impact Imagery will send over the notes from the discussion. If anything needs changing down the line, that can always be arranged.
is there a security deposit required?
Yes. The security deposit will be half of what the total invoice is and is NON- REFUNDABLE.

What if I change my mind about my original idea?
That's okay! We do this all the time as creatives! We allow ONE idea change per shoot. Should another idea outside of the original idea change come about - we will schedule a separate photoshoot to discuss that idea.
